Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur From Monday To Saturday. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order, although some items comes with free delivery when we are on sale.  Estimated delivery time is Dependent on When Order is Placed. Orders you place on Smartie Mall late on saturday or on sunday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority.

Smartie Tools offers a 7 day return policy on all our products. If anything goes wrong with a product and you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, we will help you to reach a satisfactory resolution such as a return for replacement, exchange, or refund.
